As always, I started mine with a walk with our dog. I truly cherish the time spent with him, my partner, and our furry friend.
On sunny days, the heat can be intense—almost like being gently roasted—but under the trees, it’s surprisingly pleasant.
The breeze that flows through the woods is cool, and with just a T-shirt, I can walk without breaking a sweat.
Urbanization continues to spread, but I want to treasure the greenery that still coexists with us.
Once we get home, we all sit down for breakfast together. That moment feels so precious.

でも、こうした前向きな言葉がもつパワーを信じたいんですよね。

目の前の耳心地のいいものを無視して頑張ってもいいし、私は「ラッキー」って気分で自分のご機嫌をとる道具に使ってますね。それ幸せになれるなら何でも利用してやれって。
ただ、お金がかかることは苦手ですけど…。やっぱり適正コストで幸せになりたい、そんな銀行員です。😊🍀

Hearing something positive gives me energy—it helps me take action, keep going without giving up, and eventually see results.

Of course, you can ignore all the feel-good stuff and just push through.
But me? I like to treat these little signs as tools to lift my mood—like saying “Lucky me!” and giving myself a boost.
If it helps me feel happy, I’ll use whatever works.
That said… I’m not great with things that cost money.
